How is the price decided?
You get an instant platform estimate, then real quotes from movers. You approve a price before anything moves — no surprises.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments are held securely and only released to the mover after you confirm your items were delivered.
What if an item is damaged or missing?
You can flag it at delivery and hold your payment. Our team steps in to help resolve it fairly.

How much does it cost to join as a mover?
Nothing to join. We take a small 15% fee only on completed jobs, so you keep 85% of every fare.
How and when do I get paid?
Customers pay upfront into secure escrow. Once a move is completed and confirmed, funds are released to your bank, usually the next business day.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You review each job and send your own quote. You are never forced onto fixed rates.
What do I need to get verified?
A government ID, your business or CAC certificate, vehicle registration, and proof of ownership. Insurance documents are optional but earn you an Insured badge that wins more customers.
Can I add drivers to my company?
Yes. Fleet owners can invite drivers by phone number, assign them moves, and coordinate multiple jobs from one dashboard.

Your company assigns moves to you. You will see your assigned jobs and can navigate turn by turn in the app.
How do I get paid?
Earnings for completed moves are settled through the moving company you drive for, based on your arrangement with them.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Not necessarily. You drive for a mover fleet, so the vehicle and its insurance are handled at the company level.
